The Fall Brawl at the Boston Globe Ski & Snowboard Expo presented by Subaru - Boston’s longest running Skateboard and BMX contest! Held at the Bayside Exposition Center right off I-93 in South Boston for our 12TH YEAR! Previous winners and participants include P.J. Ladd, Jereme Rogers, Zered Bassett, Anthony Shetler, and many more rippers from New England and the Northeast. And this year, we’ll have a brand new street course to ride from the same people who built Rye Airfield and Skater’s Edge Skateparks.

FORMAT
Both the Skate and BMX contests will be held in Jam Format, with 4-6 riders on course at the same time, each vying for the attention of the crowd and the judges. There will be two divisions, 13 and under, and 14 and over.

REGISTRATION
We are pre-registering shop and company sponsored riders before the contest. Please limit pre-registrations to three per shop at this time.

Other riders can show up day of the contests and we will add more riders on a first-come, first serve basis until we are full.

Thursday 5PM-9PM: Open Skate/BMX Session
Friday 5PM - 9PM: Open Skate/BMX Session
Saturday 12PM-2PM: Skateboard Practice Session
Saturday 2PM: Skateboard Contest
Sunday 12PM-2PM: BMX Practice Session
Sunday 2PM: BMX Contest

PRIZES
Cash Prizes for top finishers, plus killer product, lift and skatepark passes, and more!

RULES
All skaters and bikers must wear helmets at all times during the contest and practice.
A signed liability waiver is required for entry.
Those under age 18 must bring parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver.
Contest entry fee is $20, payable in cash day of contest.
Separate admission to the Boston Globe Ski & Snowboard Expo presented by Subaru is required of spectators and competitors.
