This nationwide art and design contest is for high school art classes. Students will utilize Vans sneakers as the canvas for their creative talents. The contest culminates with an expenses-paid trip to Los Angeles in May, to take part in the final art showcase.
The hope is this program will create awareness for the importance of high school programs in an age of shrinking budgets for the arts, while at the same time, inspiring young artists and designers.
